His Royal Highness The Prince Edward, The Earl of Wessex is his official title. As a previous answer states Edward will become The Duke of Edinburgh when Prince Philip dies.

There are currently two Prince Edwards. One is cousin to Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. He holds the title of Duke of Kent.
The other Prince Edward is the youngest child of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. He currently holds the title of Earl of Wessex and Viscount Severn. His title is unusual because there had been no Earl of Wessex since 1066, after the Norman conquest. His wife, Sophia, holds the title of Countess of Wessex. After the death of Prince Philip, Edward and Sophia will become the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh. Edward is currently seventh in the line of succession to become King, Charles, Prince of Wales, being the first.

He is not Prince of anywhere, all royal sons aquire the title of Prince. Only the Prince of Wales actually has a 'principality'. Upon marriage, royal sons are granted a further title, usually a Dukedom, or in Edwards case the Earldom of Wessex. He probably has other minor titles too, Prince Charles has about 30.
Well, perhaps not 30, but still...overkill?!
His Royal Highness The Prince Charles Philip Arthur George, Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall and Earl of Chester, Duke of Rothesay, Earl of Carrick, Baron of Renfrew, Lord of the Isles, Prince and Great Steward of Scotland, Knight Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Garter, Knight of the Most Ancient and Most Noble Order of the Thistle, Great Master and First and Principal Knight Grand Cross of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Member of the Order of Merit, Knight of the Order of Australia, Companion of the Queen's Service Order, Honorary Member of the Saskatchewan Order of Merit, Chief Grand Commander of the Order of Logohu, Member of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, Aide-de-Camp to Her Majesty.

No prince is prince of 'anything'. His title comes from being a son of the reigning monarch.

His official title is Earl of Wessex. Sophie, his wife is the Countess of Wessex. Wessex is a county of England, that no longer exists, so a bit of a let down as far has titles are concerned.
Wessex covered an area of England which is now Hampshire, Berkshire, Dorset, Somerset, Cornwell and Devon. In other words most of the South West of England.
Wessex was one of seven Anglo-Saxon Kingdoms and it's name means 'West Saxon'
Sussex means 'South Saxon' and Essex means 'East Saxon'

His Royal Highness, The Earl of Wessex. Formally 'Prince' is not his titular right, as his earlship overides such a function. Hence their daughter Louise, is formally Lady Louise, and not Princess as one might presume.

Prince Edward of " Daddy, please get me out of Marine training, I don't want to take showers with other men."
Complete waste of time and embarrassment to the United Kingdom. Take a leaf out of his Cousins book and get a proper Military job.
