Can I get pregnant if I am taking medroxyprogest?

Question

I am a 25 year old woman with Turners Syndrome I take medroxyprogest as one of my therapies!! I want to get pregnant though how does that work?

However, the uterus (womb) and vagina are normal, hence, their sexual function is unaffected.
