Next time she calls make sure your boy friend gets her new information, phone numbers and addresses and where she lives and works. Tell him to be nice about it. Once you have the info he needs to go and start divorce proceedings. He is wasting time with letting this drag on and yes if I was you I would be pissed about it. No reason what so ever, no matter what she did to him to let this go on for so many years...

If he wants a divorce, and doesn't know her where abouts, all he has to do is put an ad in the paper of the town that he last knew that she lived in. The reason she keeps calling and messing around with his family is because he hasn't filed for divorce and she thinks that there is still a slim possibilty that he still wants her. So tell him to get to work. You probably won't hear another word from her after the divorce is over.

Probably not much you can do about his crazy nut wife. One side comment; Nice family...everyone willing to sleep with this guys wife. Is that a banjo I hear? I don't think I'd have a lot to say to these hillbillies, so I probably wouldn't be giving any of them my number.

I would be disturbed that he hasn't found a way to get divorced. There's no excuse. He just hasn't really tried. Procrastination as the path of least resistance has now amounted to 10 years. Time flies. I'd get him to hire a lawyer and have this thing resolved. I'm sure there are ways.

The chain of relations here is; Your problem is with hubby and family well being. Must admit...I wonder if he doesn't sound a bit of a loser. His problem is with wife and family who all sound as if they were casted in Deliverance.

I'm sure there is a way they can still get a divorce even if she is absent, look at the law for your state, better yet have your boyfriend talk to lawyer, like he should have done a long, long time ago. It should bother you her calling but there is not much you can do I. I suggest just hang up on her eventually she will get the point or just get tired of calling.

He could have gotten a divorce if he wanted to and not being able to find her is not an excuse in this day in age. When 1 person in a marriage is absent a divorce can still be given. Look into it

In the UK you can divorce a person after 5 years without their consent, I don't know where you live but have a chat with a solicitor and see what they say. That means he can divorce her, he does not have to get her to sign any papers etc. I would be so angry with family members that gave her your number, but really honestly how can they call themselves family if they slept with his wife?????

Technically she is still his wife and this is why family probably gives out the number. he can divorce her without knowing where she is. He would have to put an ad in the paper and she doesnt even have to know it or respond. He needs to do a pro se divorce (do it yourself) they have no assets and no children. Contact your local family clerks office. he should have been divorced that fool hating woman who has nothing better to do.

The only thing I really understood from your post is that you've been with a man for 10 years and he has failed to divorce his wife. That's really the most important issue here.....true the "ex" may have "issues" but you've got one closer at hand....your own husband. You can't control the ex, so don't try to...this needs to be handled by your husband....unfortunately it doesn't sound as though he's very proactive though....

i would tell him divorce her or get out, there is no reason why he can not find her go to his family since they all sleep with her i am sure one of them knows where she is at ,this sounds to me like he is just using this as an excuse for not divorcing her and how can you be sure he is over her sounds to me like if he was over her the divorce would have been done years before now wake up smell the coffee before she decides she wants to sleep with him next.........

He can get a divorce from her. He needs to talk to a lawyer and tell them the details and that he doesnt know where she is. Thats the only way she will be out of your life.
