Lots of smoking and drinking at happy hour!! :)

I think it is important to try to focus on one thing at a time even if your job requires multitasking.
If things start to get too stressful, take a break if possible.
A change of scenery usually helps. Take a short walk outside and get some fresh air.
Leave work related issues at work. Leave personal issues at home. (Easier said than done but with a little effort, it is possible).

It is also good to try to set aside a few minutes of alone time each day just to set back and relax.

u r wrong robots are never stressed, they do the work without any boredom again and again and again. so you see if they are stressed then its apt to say they are like humans. but they are not fortunately. so its obvious its a humanly quality and to remove stress only humans have music , dance and other recreation not robot or for that matter any other animals. so there's stress on one side and the recreation on the other. u might wonder wheres the time, well look right now as you read this dont u feel ur being destressed as u smile at my answer. smile , laugh and be happy thats the way out of stress, all the above can be obvious in any situation only if u r not judgemental, and closed. so be open even ur colleague might be ur destresser as you see him blabbering on his head set , doesn't he look like a mad man out of the asylum talking all to himself.

On a everyday bases I try to step back from the stress I'm involved in. By going and relaxing by having fun. Stress takes it's tole on everyone but you have to do what is fun to relieve stress.
I personally exercise to release my stress. but don't get me wrong I love to hang out with friends and have a drink and talk about the game on the tube!

with the entropy in contemporary times, just realize it's all a lousy game, and everyone is but another rat trying to please someone or thing that really could give a damn about them, focus more (as eckhart tolle says) on the infinite right NOW, what is wrong at this very second, your breathing nature is doing exactly what it's suppose to, don't worry be happy

To talk with a friend, to go on a walk with the dog in the park, to buy something that I like, and before all this to put in order my thoughts and the emotions.
