I have five daughters, unfortunately they have been "in love" at your age and once the guy got what he wanted, he moved on.

At 16, you are probably a lot more mature than your boyfriend. Be true to yourself, if you are not emotionally prepared for the next step then don't take it.

If you decide to take it, be darn sure to be protected.

Stay put. Concentrate on school, get an education, have a serious relationship later on. Seriously take it from someone who fell in love at 16. I would'nt trade my man for anything but wish I'd waited 4 - 6 more years to "take it to the next level".

I'm assuming you mean having sex? Only do this if you know your ready, and then maybe wait some more. You are aware that he can go to jail for having sex with you right? The fact that you asked this question leads me to think that your not. Don't be in any big hurry for this moment to happen, and don't ever let someone prod you into doing somethng your not sure about. And if you do have sex, please make sure you use protection ok. Good luck and happy holidays.

When your 16 you don't know what love is. See what his reaction is if you tell him no. If he leaves then you know you made the right choice. If he stays and will wait for you because he loves you too then wait until you know for sure that you are ready then proceed.

when i was your age i had already lost my virginity. i do not regret losing my virginity what i regret is who i lost it with make sure you are not making a mistake. it is just not about you being ready for sex but it is also about you being ready for the person you are haveing sex with. he is 18 so the only thing on his mind is probably sex. before i could tell you whether to do it or not i would have to know how long you guys have been together and more about your relationship but i will tell you this if you are thinking about losing your virginity becuase he promises you that you guys will be together forever you should rethink why you are losing your virginity. another thing considering that you are asking us on this website i know you are not ready and you should wait.
good luck sweetie

it's not about what he wants.. it's about what you want... if you are ready then go for it.. if not then don't take it to the next level wait it out until you know for sure.. when the time is right... make sure you believe in yourself
