He was real big back when billy ray cyrus was big! He was a white guy and had dark hair and dark mustach and sang about his truck and his radio. I have been racking my brain for days over this can anyone help me?

Ok hmmm! He used to wear really tight t- shirts and rolled up the sleeves and I think he had a tatoo on one o his arms( not sure thou)

honey it could be plenty of guys..
mainly though the most popular male country singers in the 90's were Ty Herndon, Clint Black, Skip Ewing. I don't know if any of them had black moustaches but they all had dark hair. Aaron Tippin is the only one I know of who had a dark moustache. Why don't you do a search for popular country singers from 1992-2000. Try it on Google.
