I saw the Broadway show of "The Lion King" and was overwhelmed by the beauty of it!! the costumes and the puppetry were breathtaking, creative, and powerful. The opening scene, "Circle of Life" filled with a varitey of different animals performed by puppets and humans was amazing. I really liked the elephants and the gazelles in the opening scene. The music is really outstanding too because it moves the show along and takes us with it. The message of the show is really nice because it reminds us about how important and valuable life is. "The Lion King" reminds us how precious the circle of life is. It's a very special play, more moving than the movie.

Oooh I'm jealous. I want to see it so badly. I understand its £100 per person. Thats a bit steep for me these days. I love it so much. I've heard all the music but haven't seen the actual show. Lucky you!!
