maby you could give us a clue on what peg feeding is cos ive never heard of it

I know how upsetting PEG feeding can be, I've cared for many PEG patients, what info do you need? Feeding by peg? Care of equipment etc?

Percutaneous endoscopically-guided gastrostomy (PEG) tubes are indicated for long term feeding as avoids discomfort of nasogastric tube and can be preferred by patient on cosmetic grounds. Also used where obstruction of the upper Gastro Intestinal or respiratory tracks makes passing a nasogastric tube difficult. It feed the patient via a tube into the abdomen itself....
