Sunrise Service on Easter morning. We all meet by the pond behind the parsonage, it is one of the most serene moments of the year for me.

For the last 25 years we have been going to my brother and sister-in-law's house for Christmas Eve, it is the best, tons of family and friends, Christmas music, kids eyes lighting up when they see the tree and presents. Being with the ones that I love and care about most, going to midnight mass, now that's what Christmas is all about.

Lunch at Grandmas on Christmas Day. All of the children and granchildren get together. It is almost like a family reunion. We exchange small gifts and enjoy the day together.

In Germany is St. Niklaus eve Dec6. Niklaus leaves goodies in front of apt. or house door. Krampus is the bad companion that puts kids in his big bag and takes them with him to give them a spanking with his rute=wip.In bavaria the christ child brings the presents on chrismaseve. north germ.santa comes with his presents.

My favorite holiday tradition is xmas. it is the bomb. i get all the presents i want and then some. I get so spoiled it is not funny.

My son loves to leave out carrots for the reindeer on Christmas eve, we've done it for years and it seems to be the only one that stuck... Sorry Santa, no cookies again this year!

going to the craft fair every year we go and decorate what we buy or wear like jewlery on christmas and we do 25 $ gift and christmas eve we party then christmas day we open gifts with juse me and parents and brother
