Yes you can. Obviously avoiding your eyes. Rinse and pat your face dry then moisturise.
Sea salt is better though
:-)
Ive just read the other answers and obviously if you give yourself a right scrub it will be too abrasive. But I used to work in a lab making these kind of products and know it's in at least one scrub thats on the market. The most common used exfoliant for the face are micro beads, but walnut shell is a very close second.

You can use table salt to exfoliate, a lot cheaper than exfoliators if you just mix it with some shower gel, but I'd be very careful with using it on your face

Hi, yes you can. But like the others said, dont scrub too hard and dont go near the sensitive eye area.
I use salt and olive oil to exfoliate my hands, knees and elbows and mix salt in with my showergel to exfoliate the rest of my body.
I mix salt with my facial wash to exfoliate my face.

Yes, mix it with your ordinary cleanser, or make an exfoliating lotion using salt, yoghurt and avocado. You will probably find that you need to moisturise well afterwards but you would anyway. It won't cut you, for a start the salt granules will start to dissolve as you scub so will become rounded.

Dont use it. It is possible but its so strong! Use porridge oats and or some pineapple (fruit acids dissolve dead skin cells). A mix of sea salt and table salt with almond oil is great for body thogh.

you are better off using soft brown sugar and natural yogurt to exfoliate your face with as its less harsh. and cheaper than some of the leading brands in the market. x

no salt actually takes the oil OUT of your pores and sometimes and strip them of the oils you need.... this would just make your problems worse if you are trying to get rid of oil/acne cuz ur pores will give off more oil to make up what its lost
