Sad, but happy too. I'm helping sooo many of my friends, but I have no control over my own life... I feel like my life is a movie, and someone else is playing the lead. My grades have slipped, other than Guitar, and Computer, my parent's think I'm a drug addict, my ex bf refuses to leave me alone, even though he cheated on me, I have no idea what I m doing with my life. And to top it all off, I've lost the connection with my spirital/creative side. But still, I'm helping others, so maby I don't need to be happy...

being happy or sad is same thing. It is 2 sides of a coin. the same chemical reactions are involved. Anthony Robbin a peak performer and best seller actually describes it as a technology, techinique , through which man could remain happy at great disasterous moments of life even.

I am happy today. Why? Because I have a great life, I love my husband and children, I have a good home, and I have a good job.

Happy....it is the first snowfall of the year in my area of Canada.
I have a 8 month old puppy that has never seen snow so its like rediscovering it all over again.

I'm happy. I'm at a point in my life where I feel I have very little to complain about and I'm doing my absolute best not to take any of it for granted.
