lol. yes that's perfectly normal. you're most likely in the beginning stages of puberty. and so your body is changing...and growing hair (slowly, but it's still growing hair =]) eventually your body will mature even more and you'll have to shave more often...and by the time you're like 16 or so, you'll have to shave like every two days or so (depending on the specific person or how dark their hair is).
and remember, everybody changes at different times, different rates. there is no normal time for your body to do anything.

No it isn't normal. Actually no one is normal. Because everyone is different. Different people grow at different rates. People start shaving around; 11-13

As time keeps on ticking, you will have to shave more often.
