I get all excited with a new idea then I begin to think that I wont be able to do it and I get conviently bored with the topic. I really want to know what my dreams are. I dont really remember anymore and I dont know how to figure it out. I think I have a problem confronting my insecurites or anything for that matter. I want to get past this I want to be confidant. What do ya all suggest?

I was a screen printer when I was 18, but noticed I spent all my free time on my computer trying to figure out how to make web pages, play games, mess with graphics programs etc. I decided that I would like to make it my career because I had an interest in it, so I changed jobs and took a $10 an hour pay cut to do it. Now I'm making 4 times what I made as a screen printer.

The best way to decide what you want to do is by trying to find a job doing what you like to do in your spare time. Unfortunately, most jobs are not fun, that is why they pay us. You may even change careers a few more times before you are happy. We usually have to sacrifice some fun for more money, but if you can live on the pay that a more appealing job gives you, then you may find yourself happier.

As for lacking confidence; you can do any job if you apply yourself. Seek training and study. You can be a doctor, lawyer or an astronaut if you really want too.

Find something that you like to do and are passionate at and pursue it. This should be something that makes you happy in life. For some, it is a sense of fulfillment in the actual job they do. For others, it is competetiveness in a job. Still others, it all comes down to how much money a job earns you. I'd say I'm a mix of all three of these. Unfortunately, there is no easy answer here. You just need to take some time and think introspectively.

People are way too busy making a living to make any real money. I say stop trying to find what to do for a living and start making money. There are as many ways to make money as there are people. Read the biographies of people who have made it big, like Bill Gates, Henry Ford, Andrew Carnegie, etc. and you will learn that money is there for the taking. Once you start making money you will wonder where in hell all that money was all those lean years. I recommend you start with Napoleon Hill's "Think and grow rich." Don't delay, start today.

The fact that you recognize your shortcomings tells me that you are a very good candidate to becoming wealthy. I could tell you hundreds of stories of people who got tired of living paycheck to paycheck, including my own. Maybe one day you'll be able to tell yours.

I would try to take a look at subjects in a different way, for instance if you're into art: theres watercolor, oil based, photography, and sculpture. You could research further and look into different artist and their history, when they lived etc etc.

there is no "can't"! ther is always something to explore. stimulate your budding curiosity and go different places (if time and money allows..)

There are a TON of people who don' t know what they want to do, or what their dreams are. Try and picture yourself in ten years, and what things you would like to do, and set some goals.

What do you find really fun?
Find out what other people are into!

its a big world out there...o.o scary but exciting!
