Speaking as a parent of a 20 year old and a sixteen year old, I can't tell you how many years it has been since it occurred to me to tell them to be sure to wear underwear in public. After a while you just start to assume some things . . .

Haven't you figured it out yet?? She does what she needs to do to get publicity and to be in the news.
I don't feel that she has to wear panties, but a person of character knows when they are wearing them and when they are not and behaves accordingly!

well she did marry k-fed... that was mistake number one.. then having TWO kids was mistake number two and three. Then she started to hangout with paris hilton... ew mistake number 4 then the no panties incident that made her look whoreish.. hey dont prostitutes wear no underwear? i dont know... i dont think she listens to her parents....
