Considering he already works out, his comment is genuine. It isn't like he is sitting on the recliner telling you to exercise while he eats cheeto's. He wants you to join him in an activity which will be beneficial for both of you. When you were a kid, didn't your parents tell you to get off the couch and go outside and be active?

Being in better physical condition will help you both physically and emotionally.

That might be true - maybe he really just wants you to be healthy?
It can't hurt to work out. If he becomes a control freak about it that is another issue. You will feel better and have less stress if you do.
Unless you are 3 feet tall you aren't fat. But you might be really weak - a lot of very small women are weaker than 1st graders, and that's not good.

First off, I am a personal trainer....110 lbs means nothing. Lean body mass is ALL that counts and muscle weighs 7 times MORE than fat.....so esentually, a fit firm woman that weighs 130 lbs can still look more healthy than YOU.

Maybe you lack muscle tone and are flabby...that is why he is asking to to work out......start weight training...you wont get "big", your estrogen wont allow it and its testosterone that makes guys big....women do not have enough of it.....hope this helps.

If you are only 110 pounds, then he does not think you are fat. He could be totally sincere in that he just wants you to be a healthier person, or its possible that he'd actually like you to gain some weight/muscle. (I help my wife in the gym for that very same reason).

I am never telling my wife she should work out. That might mean I would have to work out! What is he looking at? One man loves red as he looks at an apple, while another loves red as he looks at a Ferrari. Both are beautiful yes? If you want to look better for him follow your own interests with a passion and take good care of yourself. Your eyes will burn with intense love for life, that body is not so important as your happiness, do you see?

You should work oput to be healthy and yes this is his business. I am not talking about appearance I am talking about health. If you do not start doing something at some point you will gain weight.

When you go into the garden of love looking for your perfect mate never pick up the rotten ones on the ground.

Your husband sounds like a control twit.

What does he look like? Tell him to start working out because you want him to look like a real man. See what he thinks about that.
