call ur (isp) or get a better one tech support no good then they dont wanna help get off that isp and go for better one

You need to call your internet provider and have them fix the problem. I have troubles all the time with my ISP and I am on DSL also.

do you have the line connected to the LP filter? or directly to the jack?...the filter is only to be used with phones and peripheral devices.

you have tow options, one get another line for the computer or you may consider get a cable, besides, it,s a lot faster, with greater security.
