Yes, I think that you should get a new username. Maybe try doing a simple name and password, like what you like to do best. I did my username dogzrus, because I like dogs, and we have a lot of them. If you like sports, then do something with sports.

If your health levels are very low and you have nothing to lose then yes, I would suggest that you delete your existing accounts and create a new one. New accounts start with a reasonable level of health so you would already be starting at a better point that that at which you are right now.
As for a user name....how about Miley_Fan_Kelly? Or Music_Lover_Kelly?
