Guild Wars is free online play, but you have to buy the game itself. I think there's probably better stuff out there though. Check out their website at plaync.com

Heres a good online RPG game. Its a multiplayer game too.
Its called Zeus' Legacy.
Free,fun,worthwhile,and non-download.

You don't have to buy RuneScape and it is free. It is sometimes hard to start out if you don't know where to go but they have recently made many updates with in game tutors. You can chose to pay five US dollars per month to become a member and get lots of extra gaming features but it is not neccesary to start at all.

world of warcraft ain't free runescape is free but not all people like it, cant think of anymore games that are free and worthwhile. i am sure there are.
