It'd have to be done in the registry. There's no other way.

Open regedit, browse here...

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Software \Microsoft \Windows \CurrentVersion \Explorer \User Shell Folders

and change the path in "Favorites" to something else.

The IE Favorites folders are located in the C: Drive Document and Settings folder. One for each user of your PC. The favorites are stored as Internet Shortcuts.

Use My Computer to navigate to this folder, there will be a list of users, open your folder and you should see your IE Favorites folder.
Right click on this folder and select Sharing and Security... Select share this folder on the network and click OK.

Note, others will have to use My Network Places to see your Favorites list.

Hope that help.
