How about graze all day long---eat lots of healthy snacks instead of "meals". Dry cereal is great to munch on and so is fruit. Figure out if there are any particular food that make you feel good or bad, then adjust your diet from there.

I think you're on the right track..just do whatever your body will let you do...with my first I only got sick when I ate certain foods...once I figured out what I could and couldn't eat, I was fine...I'm 36 weeks with #2 and I was constantly sick the first trimester and half way into the second...then I finally started eating 6 times a day..small breakfast...about 2 hours later a small snack (like an apple or something) then a few hours later...lunch..a few hours after that...another snack...a few hours later dinner...then another snack right before bed...I know it sounds like alot...but I just eat smaller portions more times a day....and I feel great now...I haven't been sick since I started doing this...Good luck...just keep trying stuff and you'll figure out what works best for you!

Keep trying different things you will find what works for you... with my first daughter I was sick 24/7 the only think I could hold down was cinnamon pop-tarts and Starbucks mochas (stop gasping ppl yes i had caffeine and my daughter is just fine) (lost 22 pounds)
With my second daughter the sickness wasn't as bad but eating just didn't work for me, I drank chocolate milk and ate popcorn never gained a pound never lost a pound
I'm pregnant with my third due on Feb 6th and still get sick... this baby it just depends on the day what I can do
My point is every pregnancy is different. I had to see a nutritionist with my first pregnancy, I came to the conclusion that no one knows what my body is telling me but me, so I listened to it and thus far have been fine and have very healthy children!
Congrats! Good Luck!
Have a GREAT day!

You are doing the right thing! Eating small meals frequently throughout the day is great when your pregnant and even when you are not. Pregnancy usually just brings on stuff like this and its not really preventable even if your other pregnancys were better. Are you drinking a lot of water? Taking your prenatals? If so you are right on track and you just kinda have to deal. Maybe getting a little more extra rest if you can too.
Good luck and congrats!

With my son I was sick the first 15 weeks and it helped to eat lots of snacks. Yes it felt like I was always eating but I was eating so slow I son't think I ate that much more then usual. Try eating things like granola bars and cheese. Make what you eat count. No more advice just hope it calms down in a few weeks. Your bady is going through alot of changes right now and that can make you very tried. They say when your pregnant your body is working 8 times as hard.

During pregnancy, in general, you're going to feel like crap sometimes. Every pregnancy is different, even in the same woman. Your doctor is right. Your eating this way because it's how your body can handle it right now. Just be patient; as things shift around in your abdomen, your stomach will get more room and be able to handle more food at once.

throughout the time of my being pregnant, I even have had some sips of champagne at a marriage yet in any different case prevented alcohol. i comprehend many women folk people who've occasional glasses of wine or beer, yet I prevented it because of the fact I even have examine that purely once you're feeling tipsy the toddler is downright inebriated because of the fact the blood alcohol point is the comparable interior the toddler because of the fact the mum. So, I on no account enjoyed the belief of a inebriated fetus ... Chocolate and caffeine moderately could be effective. maximum docs say no better than 3 cups of caffeinated beverages an afternoon yet i've got heard everywhere from a million-6 an afternoon. Deli meat can comprise micro organism that must be risky to the toddler and particularly often incorporates preservatives that must be undesirable. seem for deli meat at organic foodstuff shops that say "no nitrates/nitrites further." i do no longer comprehend approximately honey in being pregnant, yet surely do no longer provide honey to a baby under one twelve months of age. warm canines, sushi, soft cheese, uncooked eggs and uncommon meat could all be prevented additionally by way of threat of undesirable micro organism being ingested. i comprehend women people who've eaten all of those and had healthful toddlers, yet why risk it? MSG and aspartame are probably effective yet the two are chemical compounds and could probably be constrained. I even have gestational diabetes and have had to apply some sweeteners different than sugar. I even have tried to adhere with splenda ... it relatively is made out of sugar and for this reason seen safer than aspartame (besides, it tastes greater efficient). And so a ways as seafood/fish is going, specific varieties of fish comprise extreme stages of mercury that must be risky to the fetus. there are particular varieties of fish to stay faraway from all mutually, alongside with shark, swordfish, king mackerel and tilefish. Tuna could be eaten moderately. additionally, I even have examine that farm raised fish is greater probable to be contaminated with commercial toxins. wish this facilitates. i do no longer faux to be an authority at this. i'm 39 weeks pregnant and a registered nurse, so i've got purely examine a lot. stable luck.

Try to keep lean protein on hand and alternate it with high fibre and as much water as you can handle.
You don't mention if you are consitpated or not, but it might be a factor. Here is a sample diet to prevent nausea and feelings of being overly full.
Upon waking: handful of raisins, orange juice.
1 hour later: Two table spoons of oatmeal mixed with one small cup of fruit yogurt.
2 hours later: boiled egg with one piece of whole wheat toast
1 hour later: an apple and one cube of cheese
2 hours later: baked potato with creamed spinach on top, chicken breast
1 hour later: 1 serving of ice cream, pudding or more yogurt with berries.
Before bed: orange juice or milk with toast and 1 tsp cream cheese, peanut butter or fruit spread. Pre natal vitamin.
