she's a senior in highschool? find out what her favorite store is ( i.e american eagle, aeropostale, btah and beauty etc) and get a gift certificate. that is the safest way to go. it's better then just giving them money because it shows more concern when you take time to find out thier favorite store, hobbie, past time. if she likes to read get a gift card for say...barnes and noble. or you happen to find out a speciffic thing that she wants, make sure no one else is getting it for her(family) and get her that. but the safest way to go is gift card/certificate of favorite store.

a night out together! best way to celebrate christams and the memory will last forever unlike brownies and bath stuff. dinner then drinks- lots !!

i think you should take her interests and buy her something like that example if she's into dance get her a dance mix cd of her fave songs, its personal and doesnt cost alot of money
