i started playing the legend of zelda: the ocarina of time last year but i can't finish it. i dont know where could i learn the song of storm and how can i enter the gerudo valley..

To learn the Song of Storms, go to the Windmill as adult Link. Talk to Guru Guru, the man inside the windmill. He's angry because of something some kid (you) did in the past. He teaches you the song that you played to piss him off. So, go back and actually piss him off with the song. This will open the way to the bottom of the well.
To get to the Gerudo valley, you can either use Epona or the longshot to cross the broken bridge. If you want to cross the desert wasteland, you'll need the longshot and the item you get in the Bottom of the Well helps a lot.

Facing the Gerudo Fortress, go left to reach a large gate. Climb the ladder and talk to the Gerudo at the top to open the gate. Go through the gate and onto the sand to enter the Haunted Wasteland. Off in the distance are two flagpoles and three crates. Walk to the nearby crate, equip the Hover Boots and use the Longshot on one of the crates to go directly to them. Walk from flagpole to flagpole until Link reaches a small, stone house. Go up the ramp to the roof of the house and use the Lens of Truth to see a friendly ghost. Follow the ghost until Link reaches the Desert Colossus. Continue forward, going up the slight slope, to see a large, stone structure. Enter the doorway to get inside the Spirit Temple. Exit the Spirit Temple to find Sheik and learn the Requiem of Spirit.

U learn it in the Windmill from the man. It's in the town that has the graveyard and and the spiderhouse that has the family turned into spiders. Also has the chickens in town that have to be collected for gift from the girl.

You have to learn it in the windmill in that one village. Im not sure whether you have to be kid link or adult link but I think it is young link.

i don't remember but you can look in a walk through on gamefaqs.com that's how i finish games it even gives other walkthroughs for dark cloud or dark cloud 2
