3 counts of harrasment, no set position, knocking hours off my time sheet, "you don't get paid for just being here - only when there is work for you to do...

Been there 8 months. I was in the hospital and when I returned everyone knew what happened. (Only the bosses were to know). I was harrased about that for a long time, even with police reports & proof the "next in line manager" sent me a curse word filled calling me a lier and asking me to quit email to me, the bosses & HR are involved with making it hard for me.

We need to know a lot more details to give a fair answer. How many employees total? How long have you worked there? What are the 3 counts already? With 3 other people or with you? It sounds shady. You might want to leave. But if this is something you want to try to tough it out for, you have options. You need to let the boss know what is making you uncomfortable. If the problem is your boss, you should talk to your HR department if there is one. If you are told it will be dealt with and it isn't, then you have a viable complaint to take to the Labor Commission.

You should contact your HR Dept to file a complaint if you feel your work environment is uncomfortable.

They will investigate and give our a report on the data they find.

From what you mentioned it does not seem like a very stable or thriving environment. Not sure how long you have been there. But if things do not work out maybe you should find work elsewhere.

Hope this helps....

God Bless.....

First off, I would go to the labor commission and see what laws your employer is breaking. Then, file a complaint. The complaints are annonymous, so an investigation on employee records may be what will be done.

Find another job. It doesn't seem right that they can not pay you for time you are at work. They should cut your hours in the office if there's not much to do, but if you are at work, you should get paid for the entire time you are there.
