Wow, so the guy from the show "Prison break" drank at a party, drove, before that he picked up two under-aged girls and drove to a party, then leaving the party wrecks his car, kills a male that the two girls asked to join them cause they were scared and no one is saying anything about the girls being 16!!!!!!!!! The guy is 20%$# 6. Is'nt that stat......rape? I don't know. I did'nt like it when R. Kelly , micheal jackson did what they did but there is a life expunged here. Whoa!

What are you talking about, where I come from that's jail bait. A 16 year old girl in Michigan will by you I think about 20 years, 15 with parole.
In the first place why would a guy that has a brain run after a 16 year old girl, there's something wrong upstairs, the elevator got stuck someplace.

Um...it's only statutory rape if he has sex with them. And there's no evidence of that whatsoever. Also, the girls were 15, not 16. Latest reports are that he met them at a grocery store and they recognized them and invited him to the party. He went, had one or two drinks, and then left. The three teens asked him for a ride. He doesn't remember anything.
Yes, they tested his blood for alcohol levels, but also for any possible drugs that could have been slipped into his drink.
While it's easy to see the bad side of this guy and this situation it's possible to see that maybe he was just trying to make some fans happy and it went horribly wrong.
Regardless, I wish him, the girls, and the families of all of them (especially the boy who died) comfort and healing.

You are right... Unfortunately in the city I live in, I see that sort of stuff all the time, and no one seems to care. I think its pretty disgusting for a 26 year old man to be with a 16 year old.. Girls are pretty influential at that time, and those creeps just take advantage...

It's not a relationship..it's sex. Period. Disgusting, sick sex with a man who can't get it from someone his own age so he preys on the weak minded (girls who are in their teens who think they are grown, but can't even bu their own food and clothes).
