If you don't want to use an attorney and have a little time you can present your own lawsuit, a constitutionally guaranteed right. There are NO laws in this country prohibiting a citizen from conducting their own lawsuit. It is called Pro-Se or Pro Persona and is perfectly legal. Punch up Nolo Press out of Texas and you can buy books showing you the proper form and meathods to use. Bar associations all over the country want Nolo shut down for educating the public as to their real rights (which has cost the lawyer industry a bunch), a GOOD thing.
