Ah, Italia!! I lived there for three years, and just loved the country and the people. They are warm and love life. We lived in Aviano, near Pordenone, just an hour north of Venice. I can't say enough good about that area, and would love to go back someday. The food, the mountains, the open air markets - viva Italia!!!

I think Italy is one of the best places in the world. Even though I haven't been there, it just looks cool. I am also a big cyclist so this is another big reason. Cycling is huge out there. Viva Italia!!

I go there 2 times a year to watch Roma play. The city is one with great character. The food is good esp there bread and meats. There beer is not bad either.
