Starting a new business is very risky and very complicated. Thoroughly research and take courses on developing a business plan and gaining capital before you start planning. INC magazine has a website packed with resources. Also, the SBA is a government agency that offers courses to guide you through the process. You might consider choosing a franchise to open rather than an independent new business. Only 25% of new businesses that are not frachises make it after 2 years of opening. Also, when you do choose a business to start-up, make sure it is something you enjoy doing because you will spend most of your time there! Check out the websites below -

Flipping houses is a great profession to be in. I currently flip houses for a living, and have had a blast making hundred's of thousands of dollars. The key is to do as much work as you can on your own.

Did you know that you can make $40,000 + on a house, and never even own it?

Take a look at my website - I just put it online last month -

Please realize that Flipping Houses is not a "Get Rich Quick" Scam!

Do as much research as possible before starting on your first flip -

one of the best ways of obtaining ideas is to read business plans ( found in schools, etc) that are usually submitted to the US Small business administration for a start-up loan....the Internet business is a good one for buying and selling.....and i think there is a niche for businesses entrepreneurs in it....i know of one small business that specialize in delivery of Internet sold products in a given location...... look and visualized what may happen in the future and see if you can provide a product or service.....its a lot of work but its your own time and energy .....
