Yeah check out the websites listed above and they will say when the force you're interested in are recruiting. You have to be quick though as they generally only offer a limited number of application packs. Good luck

You can join most police academies at 18 (21 in some states), you need a high school Diploma or a GED. Some college is recommended but not necessary (but you will wish you had it latter to advance)

Most police departments nowadays require a college degree.
Go to college and get your bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or some related field.
Another option is to join the military and do law enforcement in the branch which you join - many police departments and law enforcement agencies look very favorably upon candidates who have prior military experience.
Look up your local law enforcement agencies on the web and see what their requirements are for their candidates - each department and agency is different.
