I work in a pharmaceutical company but each passing day I have this feeling that I am wasting time working for others. I am hardworking and I need a personal business challenge. It does not necessarily have to be a chemical business. A business that will grow if I manage it well is what I desire.

The best business will depend on what you want, how you define to be interesting. A person may consider a pet sitting business to be the most exciting work in the world, while you would rather watch TV than take care of dogs. Or someone might say a storage business is good, but if you don't have the resources and interest in that business, then it will not work for you.

The key is to determine what your interests are, what you want to do, what is suitable for your lifestyle and your overall goals, and what can fit with your resources.

Dan Ramsey in his book "101 Best Home Businesses" has a chapter on how to find YOUR best home business. He suggests these 10 steps:

1. List 5 things you do best
2. List how others would benefit from what you do best
3. Find out how to give people what they want
4. Learn the value of your services to others
5. Find out who else offers similar services
6. Learn from the successes of others
7. Learn from the failures of others
8. Plan your own success
9. Make low cost mistakes
10. Enjoy what you do and how you do it

Start a cosmetic line. I know that it sounds girly, but think about how much the cosmetic industry makes in a year. Or develop you own line of beauty products, such as soap, lotion, bubble bath (just go to Bath and Body works to see all of the different products you could develop).

Good luck!

Flipping houses is a great profession to be in. I currently flip houses for a living, and have had a blast making hundred's of thousands of dollars. The key is to do as much work as you can on your own.

Did you know that you can make $40,000 + on a house, and never even own it?

Take a look at my website - I just put it online last month -

Please realize that Flipping Houses is not a "Get Rich Quick" Scam!

Do as much research as possible before starting on your first flip -

Bet on BioDiesel. When we will run out of oil or when it is to expensive Bio Diesel will rule because diesel engines will only need minor changes to burn BioDiesel.
