When you throw a dice with your left hand it brings an odd number 1,3,5 but when you throw it with the right hand it brings an even number 2,4,6.

I am SO gonna try this. Wait, I am going to get some of them there dices. Be right back. Okay, four trillioin games in my daughter's basement and the first 39 trill did not have dice, Then I dug out Yahtzee. AND (drum roll) it is not true. Three out of the five times I threw the dicees it was not what you said, but the first two were and THAT alone freaked me out. Thanks for getting me moving though and now I gott go put all those games away.

You have an equal chance of getting an odd/even number no matter what hand you use. 1 in 6 on each throw.

It's the same with tossing a coin
left hand - heads
right hand - tails
