I do not want to rub it in here, but I am lucky enough to be able to have my only son with me.....if anyone knew the story behind that, they would probably start to cry. My heart goes out to all of you who will not be able to see your families this holiday season, or at any time of the year...friends and lovers come and go, but family is forever....If you are unable to see your loved ones, I do hope that you can atleast talk to them on the phone....take the ten minutes....I'm sure it will be worth it.

I am lucky that my two of my kids live at home and that my oldest lives just a few minutes away so we can be together at Christmas. I feel sorry for you and others that cannot be together with your loved ones through the holidays and all the other times. My sister is one that will not be able to see 4 of her 7 kids because they live all over the United States. Her husband will not be home for Christmas either because he is in Iraq. we are going to her place to spend some time through the holidays. I just wish that everyone could be together with their families and loved ones. God Bless you and try to have a good holiday season. Just remember this is the time of year for miracles so who knows what might happen. Keep the faith.

Yes, we have four grown children and soon 7 Grandchildren every year since there birth we have qlway had chrismas together, Except the last two years. of course we communicate on =the Net and Phone. But now, while we shall not be together. we can still, see and hear each other on the net. with our Cam"s. mostly we now invie some of our older Church members to our house who also will be alone and we will exchange pictures of their, and our children. Afterwards we ake them home and visit with some of the residents and I doo some magic tricks and card tricks for them. But mostly I listen to them speak of their past and their children. So while we are without (per say) our children. we are not alone and we try to make others "Not alone" Presents? No we make our presence to others. I hope ou will follow the lead!!!! if you are alone, there is no reason you cannot maske someone else's Christmas a better one Good Luck and Merry Christmas
