I know a person who designs websites is called a webdesigner, and i know someone who draws is called an artist. So what do you call someone who makes websites, draws (mostly anime / comic styled sketches) and can do animations aswell? A computer artist?
And if so, would this particular job be called Computer art then?
Are there actual courses for learning anything along these lines? Or is it just one of those skills that you have to more or less teach yourself?

Well, you could take all kinds of classes. Classes in art, web design, computer programming and the like. I'm not sure what you would call it, but I would call the person very talented!
