has anyone heard this song? i think its like nineties but it sounds like Louis Prima's voice saying "I'm a scat man!" anyway can anyone prove this and what the hell does "scat" mean, a male whore or somethin?

The song is by the Boys of Scat...yes, I've heard the song. I actually have it on CD as well as The Return of the Scat Man. But that comes along with being a DJ I suppose. I don't know if it's Louis Prima or not, though.
Scat is the furthest thing away from a male whore. lol It's a style of singing used by many jazz singers. Here, read the link below to learn more.

Yeah,there was such song in mid 90's , i think. The name of the artist was Scatman. I think scat means singing using improvised vocal sounds instead of words, or something like that.

Yeah.. I remember that song! FUNNY! It is a male that does the song you're talking about, but I can't remember off the top of my head who it is...and I'm honestly not all that concerned enough to go searching...LOL....The name of the song IS "Scat Man" if you'd ever like to do a search.

scat is refering to the style of his music all the jumbled un understandable sounds and words in the song are in a nut shell "SCAT" hence him making alot of them has him dubbed a SCAT MAN

John Scatman did the song Scatman... I think it's in reference to his name because scat in one sense is totally disgusting.
