Quality is a better job. Production is constantly the same thing over and over.

Depends on the type of market you are targeting.If its a price sensitive market or you can say utilitarian market then faster/bulk production with optimal quality & lower price will do.But if you are into the higher end of the market ie Brand conscious market then only the Best quality with added aesthetics at a higher price margins is the best market placement.
