THE ABOVE CODE GET ONLY THE CONTRY NAME WHICH IS CURRENTLY SELECTED HOW TO CONCAT THE NEXT SELECTED NAME. I AM PROGRAMMING IN ASP.NET

I have come up with a solution based on my understanding of your requirement. Here it is:
FORM:
LOL, ASP.NET... no wonder it doesnt work... and you dont have any cross-browser compatible code there either...
First off, you need some cross-browser compatible code.
Second, you need a routine to read the elements from the selection list properly - not this IE specific thingy you got there
Third, you need to use the NAME property on the SELECT list as well - some browsers dont work with the ID property, especially early versions of IE
