every guys is. when you reach climax it feels great, so after climax it's gonna feel sensitive becuz you lose erection.

In the English language there is no such word as C.U.M.
THE WORD IS SPELLED "COME" & it derives directly from the verb "to come" - meaning to climax, finish, ejaculate.
THERE IS NO SUCH WORD RECOGNIZED IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE DICTIONARY AS SPELLED : C.U.M.
And the reason your prick is so sensitive after you come is that the nerve endings have been overstimulated and now crave a rest from the friction.

Because that's part of the refractory time. That and losing an erection are ways your body tells you not to have sex again until it's ready (needs some recharge time).
