I always give the best answer I know. And I appreciate it when people answer my questions with a good answer.
What do you mean, here's 2 points? You get 10 points for answering with a "best answer" but only 2 points for answering with a smart remark. Of course you don't get anything for all the points you accumulate - nothing material I mean. It does make you feel good to get a best answer though.

This is Yahoo's master plan to take over Google. The thank yous mean nothing. It's the questions and occasional wordy answers which are free thanks to us that make Yahoo! number one on Google for many search terms and growing. Some people have nothing better to do. Perhaps they don't have a 'proper' opinion on many things and just like to get points. I think we all have moments where we answer either stupid questions or sensible questions were we give silly answers - come on - I'm sure we've all done it before. It's annoying though when you are asking a question and only get daft responses! Hope you get some decent responses...
