Considering that 8 hours is 1 day shift, and you missed a total of16 hours. You missed a total of 2 days worth of work out of a full-time standard 2 week period (80 hours).

I would say 2 but then it would have to be determined, how many hours a day do you work. If you work 10 hour days you would have missed 1 day and 6 hours from another day. If you work 8 hours a day, then you would have missed 2 full days.

That would depend on how many hours your normal work day is. If you work 8 hours per day, you missed two days. However, you could normally work 12 hour days, in which case you missed a whole day and 1/3 of another.

2 days....if you're talking about an 80 hr chck consisting of 2 40hr weeks at 8 hrs/day.
