Does this have to be a reality thing?

I was just thinking of someone who died before his time.

Steve Biko would have made a wonderful moderate forward thinking president.

I have a feeling the next South African President will be white and I am sure he will be great.

Why? Because the ANC led government has destroyed so much of this country by attempting to sustain an artificial economy based on consumer created. From here there is but one path ahead and that is a rich vs. poor war.

Unfortunately whites are still seen as the "Rich" (which is untrue) and once a civil rebellion starts (rich vs. poor) it will soon become a race war. It will also ot be limited to black against white, but Zulu against Xhoza (ANC is Xhoza).

The Zulu's want Jacob Zuma as their president, but the ANC has already pretty much guaranteed that he never will become president. We are headed for a severe shake-up in the country and I think I know a couple of triggers which may start the ball rolling for a civil war:

1. An economic show stopper - This will be something like a large scale and continued power outage. If there is no power there is no food production nor water (electric water pumps), no fuel (electric pumps).

2. The death of Nelson Mandela - People still shy away from this sad reality. Mandela is an icon (almost a god) and he promised his people many things which were just not realistic. He promised them all Land, Houses and Money. Many of his followers still cling to the hope of these promises being fulfuilled, but alas, when he dies, so do there dreams.

Definitely Cape Town mayor, Helen Zille. The ANC wanted to oust her several times, but she didn't back down, and won the battle every time. Now that Tony Leon is gone, she stand a good chance to become the DA leader...

Please visit the following poll: http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?click_id=3018&poll_id=349

71% of the people said that Helen Zille should succeed Tony Leon. Even some black people, who will vote for her. She did some great work before 1994 in the townships. Service delivery is nr1 priority for her and she exposed corrupt politicians. Here are some remarks of people that voted on that poll:

# Yes I do think Helen Zille should take over from Tony Leon. She is a brilliant and strong leader... for people of all races.

# Helen Zille is not only the perfect person to be leader of the DA but will also be the best president this country will ever have.

# I think a strong woman like Helen Zille who has integrity and yet is able to put her views across with conviction and care is a great person to succeed Tony Leon. She might actually be the one person we all admire so much for her guts, straightforward talking and action that we might actually one day overlook her race and say yes, she's got what it takes to be president of this country. I believe that her basic decency will lead her and her party along the right path and she certainly has MY VOTE.

# I think she is a poweful, feaful women and makes me proud, Im a black women and sorry to say, even some of the black leaders cannot come close to her brilliant skills... Viva Helen Viva

# Helen Zille would make a better leader of the opposition, because she has more people skills than Tony Leon will ever have

So my vote goes to Helen Zille! But who'll follow her up as Cape Town mayor? The DA stand a good chance to win the Western Cape in the next election if Zille stays in power in Cape Town... Will the DA win Cape Town if Helen Zille isn't the mayor anymore? I hope so! (I'm not a DA supporter... but they're at least better than the ANC)
