The most important step to success is goal setting. The goals must be attainable. If your goal is career wise, it must be something that you love to do. You can't comprise on that one. Then you have to do research and make plans to pursue it. You have to be 100% focused and enjoy what you are doing. Model yourself after others who are successful and keep away from negative people. I did that and retired at 38 years old. It works. There are a lot of books that can help you. Too many to mention. Good luck.

Have confidence in yourself
love yourself.
take pride in your appearance
read some positive thinking books.
make goals and list them in order of importance and get them done.
have a dream and visualize what it is you wont to accomplish and have faith you will get what it is you wont
Having faith is very important for having success
dont let anyone get in your way.
