i will be a non-graduate i need to get there for my bachelors. can i do that, if not what are some nice colleges in the Southern California area where i can get a good bachelors degree?

You don't say if you are a California resident. Anyone who graduates in the top 10% of his high school class in California is guaranteed admission to at least one of the UC schools. Since Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, UC-Davis and UCI are the more desired ones, I suspect that Riverside would be a real possibility.

You need good SAT scores, decent high school grades, and money. Apparently, you also need to introduce yourself to your high school guidance counselor. This is a question your parents, your counselor and you should be kicking around. Why are you asking complete strangers, literally all around the world, where you should go to school?
