Male *rings* are usually quite desirable along with a pound of bacon would be a thoughtful idea. He doesn't use gift cards? Too good to walk into the store, okay... How about a parachute? You can make it a gag gift and knot the cords... I saw one for sale at K-Mart but I'd probably spring for something a little more trustworthy that has a name brand so he's not suspicious. Good luck with that upcoming promotion.
