I know the 1st knockout round kicks of around February 2007, but I can't seem to find out when they're doing the draw to decide the fixtures. Can anyone help please? Thanks!

Its normally done on a friday following the last stage of any particular stage.
So if draw for quarter finals are not made then it will be done on the friday following all the games played on the 1st knockout stages and probably draw for the semis are done then as well!!!!!

the draw takes place on the 15th of DEC. 1st leg is on the 23rd of Feb. 2nd leg on the 8th of march.
