It's supposed to be "My friend and I went to a party last night". the second mistake was actually going to the party.

You can't say "Me went to a party last night",
You say "My friend and I went to a party last night."

Your mistake is: Me and my friend..and ?....should be, My friend and I went to a party last night.(no question mark)

Of course others have already provided the correct answer. The easiest way for you to remeber when to use "Me" vs. "I" in a group, is to leave out the other part of the group to test how that sounds.
For example....
"Me went to a party last night" obviously sounds wrong.
"I went to a party last night " soounds correct.
