There are some symptoms like nausea, breasts tenderness, light headedness, etc. but these can also be because of pms. The best advice I can give you is to go to Planned Parenthood or by an hpt and go from there.

The pregnant fairy visits you in your sleep and whispers baby songs in your ear...
You take a test and have blood work done to confirm the results.
There is no magical sign of pregnancy, all the symptoms are exactly the same as PMS, and just because you've never had a certain PMS symptom doesnt mean you cant develop it out of the blue.

Missing a period is the most telling. Other symptoms can be tiredness, hunger, achy breasts an/or pelvic region, nausea etc. the list goes on and on. But every woman is different and not everybody experiences these.

missing your period is the biggest clue. if you think you are pregnant, and you're late, then take a home test.
