I had these too, my manicurist said that is because of lack of vitamin A. Start taking vit. A and let them grow. They will be much better then.

itz cos of calcium deficiency...u cant relly get rid of them...just wait for them to grow out...and to prevent them avoid hitting or bending ur nails by mistake..thatz what causes them in the first place...

white spots can be a medicial problem going on so get checked out by the dr and then you will know in which direction to go .......

hey maybe...u have got vitamin and calcium deficiency....drink more milk and have more nutritious food;;;;;;also to make ur nails strong ;;;try this: warm some olive oil and massage ur nails wid it....ok take care
