If you have raised the rock right, demanding it to make an apology should be unnecessary, it should be willing to do it of it's own accord..... However, if your neighbor is an asshole, maybe your rock was well within it's right to vent frustration at them... Hard call... Pat the rock and assure it everything will be ok, then try to find out why your pet would want to attack them... You know, if it had a legitimate reason or not...

Depends on whether the neighbor is red or blue.....If he/she is a mix (purple) then no, unless it was on black sunday. If he/she was red on wednesday, you're going to be cursed and **** potatos for an hour at rendom if it doesn't. If the person was blue, then no, it doesn't matter. They have long hair anyway.
