It must be an acrylic bath if a cig has left a burm mark on it. I have been in the bathroom business for over 25 years and removed loads of marks, scuffs, scratches etc, but it depends how bad it is & where in the bath it is ( some areas of a bath are thinner than others) The best way to get rid of it is to get some very fine wet & dry paper ....the type used in the car industry... & some T cut or Brasso..... use the T cut & wet n dry together & rub the mark . As the wet n dry paper is abrasive this will 'wear away' the surface by a very small amount until the mark has gone & will probably leave a dull patch & slight indentation. When the mark has gone use more T cut, this time with a soft cloth & rub really hard to bring the shine back. It will take a bit of time & sweat but it will work. As mentioned earlier some parts of the bath will be thicker .... the base and the top edge... the thin parts are the walls and the bottom curve where the sides meet the base so if the mark is there be a bit more careful. The colour goes all the way thru on an acrylic bath so dont worry about any other colour appearing as you rub the marks out....Good luck with it!

I think I'd still complain - after all, they've provided you with a blemished bath when it should've been pristine, for whatever reason. I'd be very cross and demand a replacement if it were my bathroom - I mean, people have to eat but you wouldn't expect a brickie in the UK to leave his sarnie wrapper in your new wall would you??
OR haggle for a discount and put some elbow grease into the stain.

IF you can find it, Ajax Cleanser with Bleach, and a Scotch Brite pad worked for me. Wet the burn, sprinkle some cleanser, rub it in, let it set for 20 min, scrub, then repeat until the burn stain is gone. Didn't even take that long~!

Complain to the builders boss. If they damaged your stuff they should replace it! If they dropped the sink and it smashed you would expect them to replace it wouldn't you? Therefore, they have damaged your goods and should replace it. Not good workmanship - even if they do smoke as the norm over there. I think you need to be firm but fair - I do not think you are asking for anything unreasonable if you ask for it to be replaced or a refund on the damaged bath. Withhold a certain amount of money until you are satisfied and explain why you are doing it.

Good luck .

Try car polish and elbowgrease. You could also try the Turkish equivalent of Brasso, which is another very mild abrasive. Test on an unobtrusive bit, first.

Try an abrasive cleanser such as Comet or Ajax and a cloth and your finger behind one layer of the cloth. It basically sands it off.

I am sorry to say.. THERE IS NO WAY to remove the "stain" of the cigarette... If it was in the U.S., the company installing the bath tub would HAVE to replace it

Trying to get it off is not going to work. Your best bet is to fight the system. You deserve a new tub.
