Does Anyone know the Uk Law for this years xmas holiday period ie because xmas eve falls on a sunday?

Boxing day is supposed to be a weekday other than a sunday after christmas day. The bak holidays this year are Monday and Tuesday

xmas eve was never a bank holiday. Monday and Tuesday are bank holidays and therefore holidays or if you have to work (sucks) you are due to be paid double time depending on your contract.

New Year works the same way. Monday is the bank holiday.

The bank holidays are the Monday and Tuesday.
