Well.. i think that all of them could be answers. For example, in ravel`s bolero you can hear that there is a parallel discourse at various instruments.. but in other orchestral works there are musical lines that are in opposite ways. in Debussy`s piano works the typical harmony is parallel. but i am saying that all of the answers could be good because it did not matter the way of the musical "motions", but the result. the harmony used in many of debussy`s works is called the gravitational system, and it can be seen in his preludes, and of course the interaxial system which principals are that every sound has it`s own axe, and all the chords are major.. the movement of the voice was irrelevant, but the harmony is.

Parallel. Debussy's Piano music is famous for his chords which move up and down the piano in parallel motion.
